BENIN CITY- A 56-year-old woman, Grace Osayande was on Tuesday arraigned before an Ogbeson Magistrate Court in Benin, for allegedly assaulting police officers. The defendant is facing a 4-Count charge bothering on conspiracy, threat to life, assault, and Obstruct/resisting of arrest. The Police Prosecutor, Insp.
