Demonstrating care in a period of crisis

When President Muhammadu Buhari ordered the total lockdown of Lagos, Ogun and the Federal Capital Territory on March 29 as part of efforts to control the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country, the hearts of many individuals, especially in Lagos, palpitated.
