How long should I wait to ask this Girl out?

I heard this from a friend so i thot i'd ask the group

The girl I'm interested in just got out of a 4 relationship about a month ago and ive known for a while as an acquaintance. She seemed more eager to talk to me more after her break-up and she never seemed upset since with anything i do and it seems we were just made right. I'm just wondering what time frame I should wait in order to ask her out?
