INEC losses 3 staff to fatal road accident -NigPilot

Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has lost three members of staff in a ghastly motor accident while travelling from some Local Government Areas to Maiduguri for a special training ahead of the conversion of Voting Points into Polling Units.
