Husband confirms payment of ransom for abducted Adamawa journalist

The female journalist in Adamawa State, who spent eight days in captivity, on Wednesday regained her freedom from her abductors. Mrs Amra Ahmed Diska, a nursing mother and News Editor with the Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation, Yola, was kidnapped on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, from her residence in the state capital.
