Computer- Based Test, CBT, centre owners have faulted the effort of National Identity Management Commission, NIMC, in processing National Identity Number, NIN, for   2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination UTME/ Direct Entry, DE, candidates and Network Service Providers for poor network leading to declining in the ongoing UTME registration.
