Public officers frustrating anti corruption crusade in Nigeria -NigPilot

The Chief Operation Officer of Signature TV and founder Corruption TORI, Mr. VinMartin Obiora Ilo on Wednesday said that public officers in the country are frustrating public and private efforts aimed at battling corruption in Nigeria.
