The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya has urged candidates of this year’s Senior Staff Course Qualifying Examination (SSCQE) to up the standard, as the Nigerian Army (NA) will always reward competence diligence and good conduct.
