Foreign companies owe Nigeria $4bn- Akpabio -NigPilot

Federal Government on Thursday disclosed that foreign oil companies operating within the country had defaulted in their statutory remittances to the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, to the tune of $4 billion.
