BENIN CITY- Assailants have murdered a businessman in Ogida Police Barracks in Benin City. The victim, Mr James Otobo Macaulay, 46, was hacked to death inside his shop 26 at the Police Wives Association (POWA) wing of Ogida Police Barracks about 7am on Sunday, September 5, 2021.
