Nigerians Hooked On Cannabis ‘More Than Population Of Portugal, Greece Or Benin’ – Marwa

The Chairman, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Buba Marwa, says the proponents of the legalisation of Cannabis sativa, also known as Indian hemp, “cannot have what they desire”. Mr Marwa also warned that the population of Nigerians hooked on cannabis alone “was more than the population of Portugal, Greece or the Republic of Benin”. […]
