Director-General of Progressive Governor's Forum, PGF, Dr. Salihu Moh. Lukman, has commended the National assembly, particularly, the Senate for passing the amendment to the electoral law which allows for electronic transmission of election results and direct primary for the selection of candidates by political parties.
