FBN Holdings Plc has announced that the Chairman of Calvados Global Services Limited, Mr Femi Otedola, has acquired substantial shareholding in the company. FBN Holdings made the announcement in a statement issued on the Nigerian Exchange Limited’s portal on Saturday.
