Reps bill excludes fresh lawyers from practising fees

•Wants SAN candidates to have five new lawyers in chambers THE Nigerian Bar Association may lose millions of naira in revenue following the ongoing moves by the House of Representatives to amend the Legal Practitioners Act 1990.
